Drawing from doctoral research on adjunct faculty retention and institutional connectedness, this interactive session explores the factors that influence engagement, belonging, and long-term commitment in higher education. Through collaborative discussion and reflection, participants will examine what contributes to educator retention and identify practical strategies for creating supportive, connected workplace cultures.
