With over a decade of experience in education spanning K-12, higher education, and adult learning, Dr. Emily J. Mason is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and fostering institutional connectedness.
Emily recently earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Arkansas. Her dissertation research explored adjunct faculty retention and institutional connectedness in rural community colleges, examining the factors that influence why educators choose to stay, grow, and contribute within their institutions.
An engaging and interactive presenter, Emily has presented at regional and national conferences on faculty development, leadership, professional growth, and educational innovation. She believes the most powerful learning happens through conversation, collaboration, and shared experiences.
