As the Founder and CEO of M.S. Healthcare Consulting, Dr. Shultice empowers healthcare professionals through leadership development and workforce training designed to strengthen organizations and improve patient outcomes.
Before entering academia, she managed continuing care retirement communities, gaining extensive experience in senior living operations, regulatory compliance, and workforce development. These experiences continue to inform her evidence-based approach to leadership education and organizational strategy.
